This one-day workshop will entail a complete review of the 2000 revision of the ISO 9001 standard with emphasis on changes to the standard as well as new requirements. Changes in terminology will also be discussed. We will also explore strategies for upgrading present programs and documentation as well as developing documentation for new programs. Special exercises will be employed throughout the day to help the student better understand the new ISO 9000 requirements.
